1 - Radio Network Planning Pre-sale Engineer Position Responsibility:
1. Support sales, technical sales and marketing in bidding and communication with High level customers on RNP (Radio Network Planning) and RNO (Radio Network Optimization) issues, and Provide RNP solutions for SSAR wireless Presale project.
2. Assist and manage in RNP consultancy or outsourcing services for Presale;
3. Leader of RNP team for important GSM/WCDMA or CDMA/WiMax Presale Project in SSAR;
4. High Level Customer Communications and Requirement grasp to increase customer satisfaction and confidence；
5. High level consultation about RF part in wireless communication filed
Requirements:
1. M.Sc. degree or above in Telecommunication, Electronic or equivalent;
2. At least 8 years of RF planning/optimization and engineering experience, and must be familiar with the fundamentals of GSM/WCDMA or CDMA/WiMax systems;
3. At least 2 years experience of Pre-sales RNP&RNO support in GSM/WCDMA or CDMA/WiMax systems;
4. Able to work well in a fast-paced changing environment;
5. Ability to meet and understand customers and customer needs;
6. Willing to travel with short noticed;
7. Ability to cooperate and work with people from different cultures;
8. Excellent team spirit with good communications and interpersonal skills;
9. Fluent oral and written English, Portuguese and Spanish.

2 - Materials Coordinator Main Responsibilities:
1. To be in charge telecommunication cargo preparation and delivery control for the specific project.
2. To separate cargoes according to Packing List and make the complete cargoes for each site in the Materials Request Application Form.
3. To maintain the cargo inventory of the whole project.
4. To submit the cargo delivery application on time to the warehouse according to the project schedule.
Qualification and Requirements:
1. Must be fluent in English.
2. Must have a good skill on Microsoft Office software，such as Excel，Word，PowerPoint.
3. Excellent team spirit with good communications and interpersonal skills.
4. Able to work well in a fast-paced changing and experience working with cross-cultural teams would be desirable.

3 - MICROWAVE PLANIFICATION LEADER Microwave Implementation Engineer:
Main Responsibilities:
? Design and Configure the transmission network requirements.
? Adaptation of transmission links as required by rollout and expansion plans.
? Planning and configuration of new network elements.
? Providing Bill of Quantity for site cost estimates.
? Provide technical solution, layout and detail MW design (including link budget, frequency and capacity etc.) with Path loss and related tools.
? Provide technical solution and layout for DXX (Grooming & Provide solutions for NMS of MW of DXX.
? Responsible for on-site survey, MW installation, commissioning and maintenance.
? Pre study the available transmission medium in different project regions.
Requirements:
? Bachelor degree or above in Electronics/ Telecommunications/ Electrical Engineering.
? Knowledgeable with transmission planning tools.
? Traffic dimensioning and calculations.
? Hand-on knowledge of network design for big network with PDH, SDH, equipment, and with hot standby, Space Diversity technology for complete design.
? Experience with operator or preferably OEM/vendor environment.
